Mym Nutraceuticals Inc (OTCMKTS:MYMMF) has announced the launch of its updated 2019 strategic plan through which it will drive its cannabis and help cultivation, extraction, and distribution.
The newly announced updated 2019 strategic plan has already been published on the company’s website in the investor section. It also reveals that MYM will also focus on unique brand creation in addition to cannabis and hemp cultivation and extraction activities. The company also hopes that the strategy will bring it closer to becoming a global leader in the hemp and cannabis cultivation industry.
The 2019 strategic plan also highlights how MYM will add value to every partnership that it will secure down the road. Its cultivation capacity which includes both indoor and outdoor cultivation, extraction and distributions are what the company will offer in partnerships.
Reaching goals through strategic partnerships
The company has already created strategic geographic partnerships in different regions globally. This strategically allows it to leverage cannabis and hemp cultivation in areas with low-cost implication. It is able to maximize its profit by distributing its products to regions that generate a lot of revenue. MYM also revealed through its updated 2019 plan that it is in the process of negotiating various cannabis and hemp production and distribution deals. These deals will cover the South Pacific, South America, and North America regions.
“Key additions to senior management offer an opportunity to focus the Company’s efforts on new projects around the globe,” stated MYM CEO, Howard Steinberg.
The strategy is focused on maximizing value
The CEO also stressed that the strategic plan will target low-cost hemp and cannabis production sites in different parts of the world and distribution to high-revenue countries to boost profits. The strategic plan is essentially designed to help the company secure a bigger share of the cannabis market by competing more effectively against other rivals in the cannabis industry.
The cannabis industry is among the fastest growing industries in North America following the legalization of cannabis for medical and recreational use in Canada and some states in the U.S. This has resulted in a surge in the demand for cannabis and hemp products.
