Tauriga Sciences Inc (OTCMKTS:TAUG) reported with its licensor Ice + Jam LLC that the firms have realized substantial progress towards the imminent release of their Cupuacu butter based lip balm product branded as “HerMan.” The firms anticipate that the marketable inventory, which uses the final formulation and packaging modification, could be offered by Ariel Laboratories as early as in the first week of December.
The two firms are also confident of getting some preliminary consumer orders between now and the initially reported targeted commercial release date of December 17, 2017. Moreover, Tauriga has recently supported a portion of the promotion and product marketing budget to Ice + Jam. Hence, Ice + Jam has been focusing its initiatives on completing the different marketing materials for the support of the afore-mentioned planned commercial release.
From a composition assessment, HerMan is primarily constituted of the compound Theobroma Grandiflorium to use the prospective advantages that have been well known historically. The Reformulation process particularly addresses the following two concerns: maintaining a formula to around 100% Cupuacu Butter and averting the drying out of the offering in the tube. This will be achieved through testing the offering with different natural Emollients, to decide the best means to maintain the Superfruit’s natural texture and state.
Cupuacu Butter is obtained from the fruit of the Cupuacu Tree, which is a tropical rainforest tree linked to Cacao. Common throughout the South America, it is widely grown in the jungles of Bolivia, Peru, Colombia and in the north of Brazil, with the major production in Pará.
Cupuacu Butter is a good crop option to lanolin, providing the capacity to get 240% more water, enabling it to function effectively as a moisturizer and skin hydrator. In addition, though it’s not considered as a Sun Protection Factor, Cupuacu Butter is well identified for its ability to absorb harmful Ultra Violet Rays for natural sun protection.
